ConsumerTrack.com has an immediate need for a Account Coordinator. You will be working closely with Sr. Account Managers, Director of Client Management, and the Executive team to oversee, analyze, improve performance and launch key ConsumerTrack clients. The role of the Account Coordinator is crucial to the continued success of our campaigns and business in general.
Responsibilities
- Support the Client Management team through generation of client performance reports, analysis of key metrics, launching clients, technical troubleshooting, and gathering creatives
- Assist with ongoing company projects
- Utilize contact management software and excel spreadsheets to help maximize campaign performance
- Produce internal daily/weekly/monthly analytical reports in order to properly track campaign stats
- Utilize appropriate internal systems to organize campaign information
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required. Business, Marketing, Communications a plus
- 1 to 3 years experience in business environment. PR, Technology a plus
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and all Microsoft related programs
- Experience working with internal and external reporting systems and/or CRM a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as team relationship, organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in and embrace a fast-spaced entrepreneurial environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Great can-do and winning attitude
- Ability to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks, and routine work in order to maximize results
