Product Management Overview
Product managers work closely with creative and engineers to help design and develop technologies that improve the HealthPrize system. We’re responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, defining, managing and supporting our solutions in the market.
The Role: Product Manager, Refill Verification
As Product Manager, Refill Verification, you should be a flexible, results-oriented, and experienced leader who will be responsible for developing and implementing the HealthPrize refill verification strategy. You will have visionary product insight, technical expertise and extensive leadership and business skills. This role combines a great instinct for developing compelling products with a strong focus on users and the technical aptitude to work with a world class engineering team. You will be able to both strategize with senior leaders on new product ideas and features and work across the team with developers and designers to build out our existing product. You will be self-motivated and able to act with a high level of independence. It would be nice if you had experience working in healthcare, as it will streamline your learning curve. However, we are more interested in your having built end user products, and having analyzed and created new product initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire management of the Refill Verification system
- Support the current product by documenting and managing the changes to any partner websites
- Researching new channels and ways to extend the systems’ user base reach
- Recommend enhancements to the user experience to improve its efficacy
- Document all releases
- Interphase regularly with the development and creative teams to execute new enhancements
- Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as an execution schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in science or technical field (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
- 2-4 years of work experience in Product Management, especially consumer facing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and experience working effectively with others.
- Proven success in driving product strategy and product design.
- Significant people and organizational management skills.
- Ability to gather user requirements and convert them into a winning product vision.
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Healthcare industry experience
